Default Error: JVM - PFAULT RESET

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I don't know if anyone else has encountered this, this morning I woke up to my BB storm with an error and frozen.

I took the battery out in an attempt to reboot, but instead it attempted to cycle on and then flash the error message below and cycle through another reboot, over and over with no end.

I was told that it was a java script error, but there was no specific code.

I have spent the whole day on the phone with a BB representative attempting to fix. I've had to download everything from scratch, good thing I backed it up less than a week ago.

Now it's brand new just like it was out of the box. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again.

BTW: I don't recall downloading any 3rd party apps in the last 24 hours, so I will never truly know what caused it. So !#$%#$ frustrating

Has anyone else experienced this or have additional insight on apps to avoid?

Thought I'd share with everyone.
