Default OWA, BIS, BlackBerry Storm

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have an Exchange account that is setup via OWA on BIS to sync to my Storm.

When I read in in Outlook or on my BB it does not sync either way to mark the message as read in the other location.

Is this normal behaviour?

Please advise.

Thank you,

DMK

If I read/delete an email on my BB, my Outlook updates. Might take a couple of minutes, but it updates. It will update in the other direction as well, but it takes longer. Up to an hour sometimes.

Only thing that updates for me is deleted items where I tell it to delete on mailbox/handheld. Even if I choose to accept a calendar request it doesn't update my inbox. Wish they had the simple integration that even the iPhone has ... but I'm not complaining, anything is better than nothing.
