Yes, they can be viewed. My faxes go to my e-mail at work and they come across as tif files.

is there any trick to it? i tried to open a tif attached to an email (same thing... faxes) and it just stayed on a white screen with an "opening file..." message. never did anything.

Issue could be with:

1. Your version of the Attachment Service (Server?)

or

2. Multi-page TIF files

they are multi page tif files (they're faxes). can you not view multi page tif's?
