Default ringtones and pictures question

Please Login to Remove!

How do i add my custom mp3 and wav ringtones to the "My Ringtones" Folder instead of it showing up in the Music section?

Is it possible to move pics to the sample pics folder?

How big are photos supposed to be when assigning them to contacts?

Does the photo show up when someone calls or texts while the phone is on the lock screen?

- If you plug your phone into your computer via the included USB cable, it should recognize it as a drive. This can be accessed from C:/My Computer/ or on the desktop for Macs. From there you should be able to rearrange the contents of the media card in those folders.
- Photos you assign as caller ID photos will be somewhat small.
- It won't show up for a text (AFAIK) but it will show up for any calls from that person.

I'll caveat that a bit... if you enable the Mass Storage Mode automatically when connected, then the device can't access ringtones etc when plugged in... My phone didn't ring when it was connected because of this, so I didn't know until later I'd missed calls...

Pictures show up in emails... I don't do sms... so I don't know if they show up there or not.
