Alternative Sreen Lock
 

Does anyone know of an app for an aternative screelock? I already have autolock, but I hate how you have to hit the actual lock button to unlock the phone. The button often lags and in frustration I will hit it twice which will only re-lock th phone again.

Is there any way to make use of the Storm's touch screen by unlockin w/ a finger slide ala the iPhone?

Any body else strggling with this like me?

I'm pretty sure there's something already around. If not I'm sure you won't have to wait too long until one pops up, it seems to be a bone of contention with a lot of people, myself included. As for using the screen, I can only imagine that it might be a bit laggier if you're moving from portrait to landscape.

I already have fat face, what I am looking for is essentially the same thing fat face does, but that works even when outside calls.

How did you set the screen to autolock? Is this done via the password menu?

It's an app called auto-lock. Just type "auto-lock blackberry download" into google and it will pop up.
