Default Phone does absolutely nothing when I am getting a phone call?

Please Login to Remove!

I am having a problem on my phone when I receive a phone call all it does is come up and the red light flashes but no sound comes out. Also, when I put it on vibrate it won't vibrate on a phone call either. However, it will make a noise for texts and emails and when it is on vibrate it will vibrate for texts and emails. It is set to classic ringer. My main concern is vibrate though, and I can't get it to vibrate on a phone call. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I had that issue with my storm. I called Verizon tech and they had me do the usual...a hard reset (wipe the phone). i was sceptical, because that rarely fixed the problems I have, but it worked this time. So you may want to try backing up any data and resetting your phone.
