Whenever I receive a message (email, PIN, facebook, etc) none of the links are active. I need to copy them, open a browser and paste them in. This is my first BB and I'm wondering if this is normal or if there's a setting I'm missing.

A work-around I found is if you convert the message to plain text the links will work
Just hit the menu button and choose the plain text option
It's a lot easier then the cut & paste option

Make sure that your email settings allow for HTML email.
From the Messages Window follow
Menu Button --> Options --> Email Settings
Be sure the "Enable HTML email setting is set to yes"
