I've yet to figure out how to extend the message notification time.

I constantly walk away from the Storm, and don't like having to wake the screen to check for messages when I step back into the office.

I haven't been able to find a setting that extends the notification, it goes off once and the red light flashes for what seem a few minutes then even that stops so, unless I wake the screen I don't know if there's a message or not.

My Wizard will chime every set interval and the light will always flash yellow instead of green if there's an email, obvious at a glance with no interaction.... I want my Storm to do that.

To set up alerts farther than what the system software allows you to do, you'll have to use a program such as BBAlerts. Information about the program can be found in the Aftermarket Software section here on the forum.

The message and alert notification LED blinks for about 15 mins and reverts to normal.

For extended alerts, you will need BBAlerts.
