I just received a Storm yesterday and I transferred my settings from my old 8830. I now have 2 folders with my old email settings on the Storm, that I cant get rid of. I think they must have transfered as "read only files". Does any one have any suggestions on how to delete these unwanted folders? The main problem I am having is that I am not receiving the email ring tone when I get new mail, the only email addresses listed in my sound profile is the old read only folders?! Help please, Thanks guys!!

I just deleted all my email service books and that got ride of the "old" email folders and installed the new ones on the Blackberry website, this also corrected the audible alert problem I had! Just encase anyone else had the same problem!

You did what I was about to recommend, I had a similar problem when I switched Storms ... Everything was doubled up.
