For the last four (4) hours straight my 9500 has been crashing, restarting, and crashing again. It has not stopped this cycle.

I have attempted connecting to the Device Manager and removing all third-party applications. This did not help.

I also removed the SIM and mocroSD cards. Again no difference.

JL_Cmder does not seem to wipe this device. I have attempted to wipe and reset to factory defaults. No change.

Any help that you can give me is greatly appreciated.

Are you on .90 or something?

If you can remove the battery and connect it to your PC maybe you can use JL to wipe it.

Nothing would work, with or without the battery/SIM/mircorSD installed or not.

I was on .90 (upgraded 4 days ago). I downgraded to .78 and I can access again.

Too bad because the new features and speed of the .90 OS was far better than previous versions.
