I have had my storm for about a month now and it quit allowing me to go into landscape mode when i enter a text message. For example if i get a text message and i enter the message and click reply then flip is sideways it will not go into landscape mode. Actually if i enter the SMS and MMS texting icon at all it will not let me go into landscape mode! I am hoping there is a quick fix for this problem. I have not changed anything or downloaded anything new. Now if i go to contacts and pick a contact then select to text that person then it allows me to go into landscape mode. If i have my phone in landscape mode and then click on SMS text it goes into portrait mode.

Nevermind, i took the battery out to add a piece of paper and now it works fine lol.
