Default Need some help

Hey guys, For some reason on my storm, the browser icon is missing. I just got the phone yesterday. I did a battery pull and it still isn't there. Also, I'm wanting to set up my personal e-mail address. However, when I go to the set up wizard, it only gives me an option for a work e-mail account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server. There's no option for a personal account. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Menu Key > Register Now.

Ok I did that, and got the message that I'm now registered with blackberry, but still no personal e-mail option on the set up wizard and no browser icon.

When you go into Options > Advanced Options > Service Books, do you see a browser service book?

I think you may need to call Verizon and have them resend your service books.
