My new Storm's camera takes negatives only. I've checked all the options in camera mode and cannot get it off negative mode. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas about how to reset camera to factory defaults?

Only thing I can think is the color effects. It should be set to normal. If that don't help you gotta get it replaced

Do you see anything else in negative view, have you seen a optometrist?

Seriously, does the photo come out in negative format when you email or download it to another machine ?
Was this your first photo, or did you change settings.
