Default Messages toolbar missing?

Please Login to Remove!

I've got a user with a 9530 who says the toolbar at the bottom of the messages screen is missing, the one with the compose, open, delete and previous/next icons at the bottom of the screen. It does show when he goes into a message. I haven't seen where you can turn that back on. Does anyone know?

Thanks

When does he report it missing ? You state that it does show when he goes into a message.

He says when he's in the list of messages it isn't there, but if he goes into a message it is. Unfortunately he's in a different office so I can't verify that is actually true.

If he is in the list of messages, the keyboard is typically showing by default. Have him go into the menu and "hide keyboard" (or use the finger swipping down trick). The toolbar should appear. It is under the keyboard in the list view
