ok so i had an initial problem with my storm...my voicemail indicator on the homescreen was stuck at 6 voicemails and would not go away no matter what i tried so i called verizon and they told me the only solution was to back up my storm with desktop manager then to a mass restore...i did this and after i did all the apps i had downloaded and my browser are gone...i am not so much worried about the apps but i cannot locate my browser anywhere does anyone know of something im missing? please help

call Verizon and have them re send the service books.

Go to options, advanced options, host routing table, menu, register now.

you may also go to BlackBerry Internet Service and login. On the left side of the page, select the link "service books", then click the button "send service books". You may also add up to 11 e-mail accounts from here.
