First off I must say that I love my storm. I have read a few post that have to do with dust under the screen, this has happened to me. I have a small patch of dust in the center of the screen which is not the dots that sense your fingers. I dont think I am going to exchange it yet because it is My first storm and it has run flawless. Another thing I will say that worked was the electrical tape pieces behind the battery to tighten the screen. This made mine work perfect. One last note is that quick launch is awesome. I had a problem adding applications so i sent an email to the support email and I got a reply with in 5 mins. It was an oversight with something I missed on the guide and he still helped me very fast even though The trouble shooting tips had the information I needed. Awesome product and awesome service. 8

I'm with ya on QuickLaunch. It's a wonderful program and well worth the $5. sure makes life easier.
