Default How to put a .jad app on my Storm?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a few .jad apps that I have downloaded to my computer, how do I get them on my Storm?

.jad files are meant to be installed over the air by directing your browser to the file.

Now that they're on your PC, move them to your memory card, go to your media applications, press the menu key, select explore and locate the files, click on them and they should install.

Ok, I found them...thanks....but it says download failed "907 Invalid COD File not found", any ideas?

the JAD file directs the OTA download where to find the COD file it needs to install. If it is old or not present on the internet, it can fail.

ok, basically I am trying to get the lightsaber app and stormpiano app on my phone, what is the best way to do that?

Go to the same place you did to install them on your PC. Only this time go there from your BlackBerry Browser.

Download it via your browser OTA from the site where you got it...

You certainly should be able to do so like you are, I don't why you can't. But again, it all depends on where the JAD file points the code to get the COD file. If your BB internet connection is down or something similar, that could cause the fail.
