Default storm swap question

Please Login to Remove!

I am going to swap out my storm at best buy today. how can i make sure that i can have the new version and all things that are saved to my storm? If i back it up on desktop manager will it transfer to my new storm? thanks alot

The latest official VZW OS release is 4.7.0.75

If you do a full backup using Desktop Manager, you can restore it to your new device. To test it, you can do a backup then restore on your device before you swap it. Remember to wipe your device before you bring it into the store.

hey thanks i appreciate it, is there an easy way to wipe it and send it back to .75 before i bring it in?

Wipe at Options > Security > General Settings > Menu > Wipe Handheld.

That will NOT restore the .75 OS.
