I totally forgot to download it to my PC, i only did OTA.

and i'm hoping someone here did do what i failed to do. if so could the files be posted up, or hosted elsewhere.

No the search button is not broken. getjar no longer has it. cant find it on the site nor thru the mobile download code. Hence my Question here for someone that hopefully downloaded the desktop install version.

my apologies. i should have been more thoughrough. just loaded one of the hybrids, and in the midst of loading all my apps, so i kept it short.

I just tried the quick download code and it does seem to be gone.

So what should I do to ensure I don't lose it myself? Do applications like this get backed up when I do a backup through BB manager?

they may or may not, not quite sure.

there is a way to get it out of the phone with the JDE, not sure if you are interested or willing to do so.

actually i hadnt, but my buddy with a storm still had it and got the cod for me. i couldnt get the alx to work not sure why. but i was able to load it successfully with jde. so here is the tiltris cod file for all to enjoy. not sure if anyone wants to make an alx or jad for it.

Well it's pretty easy if you have javaloader installed on your pc.

If you don't have Javaloader you can get it by downloading JL_Cmder from this post

Copy javaloader.exe to c:\windows\system32
copy the tiltris.cod (thanks quattrocs!) file to somewhere like your desktop.
connect your BB to the PC (don't run DM)
go to start>run> type CMD
you now have a dos window.
change to whatever directory you saved the .cod file (i'll use the desktop for my example) by typing cd desktop
then type javaloader -u load tiltris.cod

once that is done the game will be in your downloads folder on the Storm.
FYI you can load any .cod file this way just replace tiltris.cod with the appropriate name.

Hi,
I have downloaded JL-Cmdr (checked in win32 and it is there ok)
Opened the dos file and changed it to desktop but when I type Javaloader-u load tiltris.cod it states "Javaloader" file does not exist?

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong please.

I am not very familiar with using Dos.

Do a search on your PC for javaloader.exe and copy that into the win32 directory. That'll fix your problem.

I did the search and it couldnt be found so that must be my problem.
I downloaded the zip file-opened it then copied it to win32 but it still doesnt seem to work?

You have to follow the complete instructions above, much more than opening the zip file and copying it to win32.
