Default Storm BIS issues

Please Login to Remove!

I need your help!

I bought a storm on ebay.co.uk - was vodafone and got it unlocked.

I am on O2.

I can register on O2's BIS because its still registered to another provider.

I have emailed the seller 20 times and he has rang Vodafone 5 times and they say its deleted. -think they are wrong or seller has told them the wrong thing.

I can begin registration on the vodafone website but dont want to - thought if I did I could set it up and then delete it again.

I have a feeling that Vodafone need to tell blackberry to release the phone to other networks ? Or else they just havnt deleted the BIS. The seller says he never registered it on vodafones bis - unless they do it automatically. ??

Any ideas what I can do?

All i want is to use MMS and wap on the phone!

Ask for your money back and promise a poor seller rating if you don't get it.

Have you called Voda to see what you could do?

Im slightly having the rage now.

Spoke to Vodafone again, they basically wont talk to me about it because its not my phone number.

Im going to email him again now.

If I go onto Vodafone it is allowing me to register but i didnt complete the process cause I want to do it on O2. would it help if I registered on vodafone BIS would that give me access to anything?

And if its allowing me to register does that mean that there is no bis registered for the phone on vodafone? And that there is some other thing locking the bis to vodafone?
