So I have had my storm for week and now and updated to os 99 and when I turn it on and the screen tilts and it locks up. The keyboard lags and is slow. Should I just return it and get a new one or is there something that can be done I have done all the tricks in the books and nothing works

Try pulling your SIM card out. Pull the battery, pull the SIM card, then reinstall the battery. 73
