So I have had my storm for week and now and updated to os 99 and when I turn it on and the screen tilts and it locks up. The keyboard lags and is slow. Should I just return it and get a new one or is there something that can be done I have done all the tricks in the books and nothing works

upgrade it, see if it fixes it...if not, roll it back to 4.7.0.75 and return it to verizon...i had to with my first device.

Try pulling your SIM card out. Pull the battery, pull the SIM card, then reinstall the battery. 73
