I downloaded and purchased Garmin for Mobile. They sent me an activation code. It is both alpa & numeric. When I go to input the number, the only option is for numeric with no spaces, symbols or alpha.

Anyone have any ideas?

I only have numbers. I actually lost the download link.

Can you copy and paste the activation info...

I am sorry - I misread the post and what the actual problem was.

Go back to whoever you boght the software form for help. That is the beauty of leagl software. They actually help customers. Most BB software vendors are very helpful. 73

My code was only 6 numbers but I would contact garmin and they will have all of your registration info.

Question: How many times do you have to activate the software? I reinstalled my OS and reinstalled it. I don't see where to activate it. The product is registered at garmin.com.

Once i installed the software there was the option to enter the activation code and that was all I had too do. Been working great ever since.

What happens if your berry is replaced under warranty? Can it be activated again? Any ideas?

I would think so but i would check with garmin.
