Default Media player glitch. anyone else?

Please Login to Remove!

my storm is about two weeks old now and i have had the media player control bar lock up on my phone a couple of times now. its pretty irritating. when i exit the media player the control bar stays on the screen and wont go away, i can no longer see my home buttons although they will work if i press where they are supposed to be. the only way i have found so far to get ride of this is by doin a battery pull. anyone else having this problem, got any ideas? thank you for your help?

i had that problem earlier, first i thought was file type compatibility, i removed all MP3 files and only had WMA files and seems to be working fine, then after i updated to 4.7.0.76 (platform 4.0.0.96), even mp3 files are not giving that problem.
