Picture Mail w/ sound trouble
 

Every time I get picture mail with sound I'll see the picture, then the screen will go white and the sound will play. The picture and sound will not play at once. The only time it works right is when I try to forward the message to someone, the picture will appear with a "play" button below it for the sound. Any suggestions on how I could fix this? I've tried upgrading software but it did not work.

That's one function that never worked on my Storm throughout all the beta builds.

I've learned to live without it since I rarely get them.
