Default Phone Call Audio Cuts Out

Please Login to Remove!

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this or can shed some light on the issue.

Occasionally when in a phone call (randomly occurs no matter who I'm talking to), the audio cuts out so that I can hear the person I'm talking to, but they can't hear me.

Any ideas? I'm hoping to avoid getting a new phone... I'm running 4.7.0.75 (official).

Have you tried updating the OS? You can always downgrade if it doesn't help and you get a new phone.

It could be the mute button being activated , it's happened to me a couple of times . you may want to read this thread Mute Button on Call screen
