Question General question from new(ish) user

Please Login to Remove!

I got my first BB in Nov last year. I KNOW it can do wonderful stuff, but just can't get my head around it... Can anyone please recommend a good resource for learning for me, as the user manual it comes with is good for nowt.
Many thanks

Check out BBFAQ. There is a link on the top.

Appreciate your reply akosnitzsky.

I have a 9500 storm and there's not much in there yet, but i'm kinda looking for a manual to *learn* how to use the phone to it's full advantage. At the moment I wouldn't know what questions to ask

Search the RIM web site, they have a user's manuel in there. I have it saved on my computer at home, once I get home I'll post the link for you.

celynnen,

Other than a brief couple weeks with a Curve, the Storm BB was my first leap into the BB world - headfirst persay.

The best learning resource is your hands on the Storm. Play with it, learn its navigational nuances via repetition and then come to this forum with your questions. Most of the time the forum will answer most questions you have just by reading through it.

Additionally, load your DM software and sync your phone. Get familiar with backing it up and eventually loading one of the beta OS's.

You'll have alot of fun getting to know a Blackberry and most likely you will never want for anything other than a newer model.

You also can purchase "Blackberry Storm for Dummies" at most bookstores.
