Hey just a quick question to anyone that either works for verizon or knows.

I have an early gen storm that has been unlocked and being used on att. Is there any way to go to a verizon and get a replacement that has the newer screen issues fixed. i.e. the clicking on the corners?

Just a guess, but if I was a company and someone who wasn't a paying customer came in to try to exchange a phone, I'd probably say no...

I asked my VZW contact this question and he said "No". The first thing they will do to service the phone is pull up your account information - which you do not have with Verizon.

He suggested the torx screw adjustment or seeing a local cellular phone tech in your area familiar with Blackberry phones. He said your particular issue is an easy fix.

My corners were a bit tight to press... I threw a doubled over business card in the back and holy crap! Its so much better! Everyone on the screen is easier to press!
