Default 9500 Storm and Bluetooth sync

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All

I recently purchased a Blackberry Storm (Vodafone) and have it up and running, however am not able to syncronise with my PC?

I have installed the software, and can sync it when I use the USB cable, but not with Bluetooth - the option is greyed out and I cannot select Bluetooth. I am using a IVT BlueSoleil device - should I purcahse another model?

Regards

Marshall

I don't think it's going to work with blue solei.

You probably need to use the Microsoft bluetooth stack.

BleuSoleil has been painful for me too.
It forces you to use the GUI/Interface provided with me. You can't just install the drivers.
You need any Bluetooth Dongle that is recognized by your OS be it Vista/XP/Windows 7.
Basically, when you plug in the dongle the OS should install it automatically, unlilike Bluesoleil in which you have to run the ugly program for you to even transfer the files. Also, make sure your visibility is set to yes on your bb.
