I have finally gotten part of the way through transferring my calendar from the Palm Desktop to my Storm. It was an involved process made easier by the assistance of forum responses. I had been using the Palm Desktop rather than Outlook so I had to first re-install the Palm, change the conduit to Outlook and then "Hot-Sync" again into Outlook and finally, with the BB Desktop Manager, sync to my Storm.



Now my Storm and Outlook are more or less "in sync" --BUT I am using Pocket Informant and all the items that I've entered into the Pocket Informant Calendar since March 2nd (date of installation) don't show up. When I try the manual sync from Pocket Informant I get a white screen with a tiny message: "App error 552 RESET"

edited to add: I should also mention that there are some 17 thousand items from 1999. Now I really would like to keep only those from say January 2008 on the Storm. How do I get that done?

What am I doing wrong? Any assistance would be appreciated.
