Whose your carrier? Oh Trigcom....?

Never heard of that. Anyways, try setting it up on your carriers web site. Log into your account, set up the email account, and then resend your service books. Hopefully that will get you going.

cscotty,

I thought syncing email could only occur through Blackberry. If someone isn't registered with BB then how can the email sync occur?

However, you make a good point. It would have to be either the carrier or Blackberry who facilitates the wireless sync. If Trigcom does not support email syncing, then the user is out of luck I would think - unless he registers the phone with Blackberry.

Hmm.. I have a wierd issue now.. I am running a Iberry Today Theme.. And the problem is, i cant see my notificiations on the home screen longer.. Its probably because the storm is choosing the mails calendar as the primary unit.. is there a way i can change this, so the phones calendar is the primary calendar?

I'm not sure I quite understand....I wasnt aware that there were two different calendars on the storm (Mail vs Phone). Is that the correct understanding?

Hmm.. Im actually not sure.. But it seems like it.. Because before i added the [email address] account to my Storm, i could see the calendar entries on the home screen (today screen).. But now, after ive added the [email address] to the storm, i dont see them anymore.. So there have to be some conflict some where.. And thats where i think that Storm is now using the mails calendar instead of the calendar on the phone.. And iwant to use the phones calendar, so i can get the entries on the home screen..
