Default ran a diagnostic test on my storm

**I apologize if its in the wrong forum**

well my internet stopped working for some reason. it said there was a communication error or the server might of been too busy. its been like that all day so i decided to run a diagnostic on the phone.

everything looked good until...

blackberry registration: NO
connected to blackberry: Abort
blackberry PIN-PIN: Abort

anybody know what i can do or how to fix this?
any help or a point in the right direction would be great. thanks.

Welcome to the forums.

This should be in the 9500 section.

GO to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Menu Key > Register Now.

See if that helps.
