Default Problem with Message folder

Please Login to Remove!

We have a Storm and are running BES 4.1.6. In the message folder it is also showing all of the emails that have been replied to. I have set it to hide sent items but they are still there. It appears that it is showing both the sent items folder and the inbox from his Outlook.

I have tried the fix to enable bes only from BB and I have also tried Empower BES Mailbox and nothing seems to work. Help!!
