hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me with this, im trying to get a video from my phone to my computer but whenever i click to start the media manager it says insert media car and that there is no device connected and there clearly is!... it worked fine a couple of days ago and now its not, ive tried restarting my comp and phone to no avail so i was wondering if anyone could help thanks. btw i noticed that my phone goes from "blackberry 9500" to "removable disk (E: ) and removable disk (F: )" when i click on media manager if that helps, thanks

Have you tried disabling mass storage mode?

Options -> Media Card/Memory in there you shouuld have the option to disable mass storage mode.
