Default Cannot set up account on AT&T

Please Login to Remove!

Have a blackberry storm 9530. OS .109 AT&T service books.
Go to .att.blackberry.com]BlackBerry Internet Service, fill out PIN & IMEI. results in Account already in use. Called AT&T, talked to 3rd level tech who called Blackberry. They said that Storm was not compatible with AT&T. Also tried to log in on to
bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular
asked for same log on info (PIN & IMEIand), said that account already in use.
Please help

You need to contact the person from which you purchased the device and ask them to call Verizon and release the PIN.
