Smile Mass Storage Mode is turned off

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to put music on my Storm, but I'm setting a Mass Storage Mode is turned off. How do I turn it on? My storm is connected to a BES server at work - could this be preventing me from putting music on my Storm?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry Curve 8900)

It is possible. Also, do you have a microSD memory card inserted?

Options/Memory/Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected:
Select either On or Prompt. Prompt will prompt you to turn it on or off every time you connect it to your computer.

Your BES admin may have set a policy not allowing mass storage on their sever in which case you will be out of luck using this feature unless you convince them to change the policy.
