Unhappy Question about DocumentsToGo

Please Login to Remove!

Using Windows File Explorer, BB Media Manager, BBFileScout and BB File Manager, I am unable to locate ANY files specific to DTG on my BB 9530 Storm.

Does anyone know where 2.5 MB of files for DTG Premium v6 would be found on the Storm? They have to be somewhere, but I cannot locate one single file. I set Windows File Explorer to view ALL files, including hidden, but after checking every single folder, nothing shows relating to DTG.

Could there be part of the memory in our Storms that we just cannot access? The reason I ask is because my Application Loader in Device Manager keeps showing an old version of DTG and wants to delete it, but it never does, and I cannot seem to delete it either. Every time though that Application Loader attempts to delete the old version, my new WordToGo, SheetToGo, etc., disappears from my BB, and it's becoming a PITA.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)

Applications are stored in device memory, and they can't be accessed through any file explorer.
If you want to prevent DTG premium from being overwritten by desktop manager, then simply search for and delete the documentstogo.alx file on your PC.

Thanks very much for the information regarding Application files not open to any File Manager.

In terms of that one specific file you mention, I do not have that file anywhere on my Laptop. So, I might end up calling DataViz and see what they say. There was an FAQ where DataViz claimed a similar problem existed prior to the release of DM 4.7, but that DM 4.7 resolved that problem.
