I am trying to find the "do not disturb" in profiles and I can't find it. I can bring up the profile menu and I have "normal" active. I go down to "Set Ring Tones/Alerts and do edit and in the phone section I don't see the "do not disturb". What am I doing wrong?

Blurwi, you only get the DND option when you are actually on the phone line option of each profile. Every other option within the profile will show a "notify me during calls" option. The DND is just for the phone lines.

If you're not seeing it on the phone line options then I'm not sure what could be causing that. Maybe you could take a look to make sure your SIM card options are ok (this would be found in Options).

Thanks for trying to help. I'm with Bell so no sim card. I've looked every where and can't find "dnd". I have the Storm that I bought on Sunday and when I'm walking and listening to the Media player I can't hear a call come in. Tried a couple of headsets but no joy. The article from Blackberry tells me to go to profiles then advanced and look at the DNS setting, but nowhere can I find advanced to look at the setting. Thought I was doing something wrong. Bell tech couldn't help so I'm going to call BB on Tuesday.
