Default Vodafone Sat Nav for Storm

Please Login to Remove!

I used to use Vodafone SatNav on my Bold and it worked great. However, its not usable on the Storm. Does anyone know if Vodafone have issued a Storm release? I would hope so, given the Storm is their flagship device in the UK!

What do you mean "not usable"?

Do you have "Location Services" on. Are outside with a clear view of the sky?

It helps if you use a map application, such as GoogleMaps to locate you as close as possible. This is particularly helpful for the first lock on or if you are a considerable distance away from your last use.

- it only appears in the top half of the screen, with the keyboard on the bottom half.
- I can't operate the menu's, as they don't respond to touch.

I have the same problem with Satnav where the application only appears on the top half of the screen and the keyboard covers the bottom half? The screen touch doesn't work?

I believe you need to enable or disable compatibility mode.

Options/Advanced Options/Applications

Highlight (do not click) the application and then the BB (menu) button. One of the options will be to enable/disable compatibility mode. Change this setting and you should be good to go.

Good luck
