I'm having difficulty changing the number of rows on my home screen. Before, I was able to press the blackberry button twice, click options, and adjust the number of rows from there. Now, when I click options nothing happens...anyone have any ideas?

Click the BB button once, then press the Options icon on your screen, then Advanced Options, and then Accessibility.

Those directions change the dimensions of the larger list of icons, but the home screen still remains the same. I'm looking to change the number of rows of the screen that comes up when you first turn the phone on.

Is this all of a sudden? Have you recently made a major change like an OS upgrade? Have you tried a battery pull?

I know that way doesn't work for me either. I've been trying to figure it out for a day or so. I just recently upgraded to .113. When you push the BB button once it goes to the full icon menu. Push it twice or just hold it and the mini menu pops up.

If anybody knows another way, that would be great! I hate having 2 rows of icons on the home screen
