Default Touchscreen not work

Please Login to Remove!

Hello

I have a problem on my Storm.

Some areas of my screen does not work, for example:
I can not do the touchscreen.
Is the problem software or hardware?
Help me please, because I can not do practically anything with the phone.

PS-I alredy install the previous software, but will not work.

Thanks

Default

Can you be a little more specific, such as:

Does this happen in any specific application?
How long have you had the Storm?

What previous software are you referring to?
Which OS version are you running?

Default Touchscreen dont work

Thank you for your attempt to help, I will try to be more specific.

What can not I select whatever.

For example yesterday when I put the issue could not select the number 2 or number 3 when I make a call because all that is in the center of the screen does not work. Today touchpad simply stopped working altogether.

The OS I have now is 4.7.0.78.
Already installed the previous software (4.7.0.65)
The phone is 2 months and bought it new.
Thanks
