Default All contacts not synching!!!

Hi Guys,

I am the administrator of our BES and have a user who's just got a new BB Storm. The enterprise activation took place fine, e-mails and calender entries have pulled over with no issues however the user has over 250 contacts within outloook, all but 11 of these have sync'd.
I have access to the users mailbox so have checked the contacts he's told me aren't on the device but I cannot see anything that would stop them from synchronising.
Some of the missing contacts are external contacts, some are from the GAL.

Any ideas would be great!

P.S. Using BES 4.1, wireless sync is enabled, all other users don't have this problem.

Could just be a corrupt contact. If possible move the account to another mailbox store as it cleans up behind the scene information.

Remove the account from the BES, wipe and reactivate.

Also note BB won't sync any Distribution Lists. And I think requires Name, # and email address.
