Default Upgrading to .122

I've downloaded the file zip but when I open it I don't get a JAVA & CDMA folder to copy into my last update. I just get plenty of files that all seem to be java files. Do I just copy those into the JAVA folder? What about the CDMA file? Help anyone?

Thanks

I downloaded the .122 update. What I had to do was unzip and run the software. It installs like it was installing any software. Then when it's done it asks if you want to run the BB desktop software. Click yes. This opens the BB desktop and then it automatically sees the update and you go from there and install. Worked good for mine.
