| | Notifylink registration stuck in "registering" mode

We are attempting to register a new blackberry to an existing notifylink account. We entered the registration information and submitted but now it has been stuck with "registering" in the header now for about 4 hours and there doesn't seem to be any way out of it. I've even tried a hard reset of the device.
Does anyone know if anything has to happen on the notifylink server side when switching to a new blackberry that will use the same account? Notifylink has been completely removed from the old BB.
