Default Phone calling by its self

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who's phone is randomly calling by its self (verified by looking at his call log). This morning while the phone was laying on his car seat it called two numbers while he drove to work (one contact and *669). He locks his phone while it is in his pocket, but he still see calls in his log that he did not make, and people are telling him that they was getting calls from him. What would cause the phone to ghost dial? Our should I wipe it, deal with the user being pissed because they lost all their custom stuff, and hope that resolved the issue?

If you wipe it, just ask the user to do a backup first, no need to cause him to lose all his personal stuff.
