Default New to the Blackberry Family..Need Help!!

Hi!!! I'm really new and ive been using the app world application on my storm.
I recently found out that there was a separate partition for applications on the storm!!!! I'm not too upset..but kinda because the reason I got the storm is because of the apps i can question is how(if possible) can i utilize the internal 1 gb memory on my storm..or can i utilize the 8gb micro sd? please help....and does anyone know how to fix the "laggy-ness" of the phone because mine is very where some is calling me and the caller id wont even show me who is calling..untill the last ring and i miss my call...please please help!!!!!!!!

No, you cannot use those sections of memory for applications.

The lagginess is a result of the OS. Some of the newer betas will improve that situation while possibly introducing others. It seems to be a tradeoff of sorts.

Read through the forums on beta releases and the proceudres used to upgrade your phone.
