Default storm won´t be recongized by my PC

Please Login to Remove!

i instaled the USB driver provided by the BB site but still my BB is not recognized by my pc ( a "USB device not recognizable" advert appears).

What is wrong with it? What can i do? Please remember that the camera won´t turn on, even with all the aplications closed.

Did you install Desktop Manager? You need that for the drivers.

Do a battery pull. This happens sometimes. If that doesn't help reboot your computer. I have had the same issue(usually after I tether) and one or the other options fixes the issue for me.
