I need a little help. I'm selling my Storm, and I need to wipe it completely clean. Like reboot it to stock. All the stock files, none of my information.

How would I do this? I played with my pearl a little last year, and I've jailbroken and unlocked my iPhone, so I'm capable of doing what needs to be done, once I have and idea of what to do.

I actually searched and found it right after I made that post. Thank you though.


I downloaded and installed, however the program itself is continuously giving me an error, asking me to either close the program or ignore it, rendering the program useless. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You can also go into Options ->Security Options -> General Settings click the BB button and select Wipe Handheld. This will not clear the SD card though.

but what i am telling him will wipe everything security settings apps and all.

This will not clear an IT policy from the device either.
