Default Entering passwords when connecting Storm to my laptop

Please Login to Remove!

So when I connect my storm to sync to outlook or to transfer files from the media card to my laptop it seems like I need to enter my pass word a bunch of times. Is there a way to limit the number of times I need to enter it in? Sometimes I'm not sure why it is needed to be entered. Here are some of the messages that I get.

The first in on my laptop when I connect the storm and the desktop manager is running. It asks for the device password. I get this one.

Second the Storm asks for a password for "Mass Storage Mode". Is this so I can drag and drop stuff from and too the storm's memory (SD card and internal memory)? Is there a way to make it so that it does not ask unless I am going to move something or put it into MSM before connecting it to the laptop?

Finally there the lap top asks for the key store password. What are these keys for? The password keeper?

Thanks everyone for the help, I know that I am asking some basic questions and appreciate the patients.
