Default Can't change or test ringtones OS .122

Please Login to Remove!

I need some help from the experts on this forum.

I have the storm with OS version 4.7.0.122. I cannot change ringtones or even use the "try it" option to listen to the ringtones. When I use the "try it" option, the LED goes red for a second, the phone vibrates and then nothing happens. Can anyone please help? Thanks a lot.

Sometimes it takes about five to ten seconds for the the sound after the vibration and led. Verify that you aren't in some form of silent mode. Then just to try, turn led and vibration off, then try the ringtone, it should 'ring' with no delay.

If this doesn't work, first try making a custom profile, then select to change the ringtones in the custom profile, and try the same thing that way.

I think its a 122 bug, IT does the same thing with mine, some other users on BELL with 122 said the same thing. My try it button does nothing also, just flashes the LED and vibrates if its set to vibrate. I'm waiting for an official update or another leak that's worth it and will 100% fix this.

Maybe try the .132 or .133 release then? I'm still on .113 myself so I wasn't aware of this possible bug.
