Yeah I have noticed that I too whenever I have upgraded OS. Go to your application center folder which will probably be empty. But if you tell it to download it will download all the verizon apps available for download, like VZ Navigator, Rhapsody etc. They will not be installed unless you select them. Anyway once the folder updates, visual voice mail will be in there and you can then select it and install it to get it back
